Experience you can trust for your entire family

My life’s work as a psychiatrist is to help my patients discover the road to improved mental health and well-being. Whether a patient comes to me for medication, psychotherapy, or both, I remain dedicated to them, as their partner in the healing process.

Knowledge, compassion and understanding

So many situations can affect a person at different stages of life. Family problems, conflicts at work, loss of a loved one, difficulties taking care of one’s self/ And we can’t always find the solutions on our own. It is my aim to help patients work through their difficulties to discover a happier way of life. That is what I have been trained to do.

Empowerment through education

As a psychiatrist, it is my goal to help my patients gain a sense of control, and I take the time to help them learn how to keep themselves well. Throughout my patients’ treatment, if they wish, I will work with their families and others involved in their lives. This can further their understanding of what my patient is going through. I have found this type of education to be very empowering for my patients.

Committed to the health of my patients

There are times when medication can improve lives in a miraculous way. And I am pleased that my patients have the choice to use medications, when appropriate. The decision to prescribe medications is a significant one. And the impact of medication on the body is of great importance to me. New medications are being introduced all the time to treat many mental disorders. Since many people benefit from medication, as their psychiatrist, I take absolute care to learn as much as possible about this evolving field.
